Saturday June 1 – Sunday June 2: - Port-Louis

                                Arrival and installation on the pontoon.

 

Monday June 3: Port Louis

                                 For crews: Registrations – formalities  - Briefing

                                 

 

Tuesday June 4 : Port-louis.

                                  Morning : Training race ( Warm up)      

                                  Afternoon: Centenary Regattas - 1 or 2 races

                                  Return to Port-louis at 5 p.m. 

                                  

 

Wednesday June 5 :

                                  Centenary regattas  - 2 or 3 races.

                                   Return to Lorient La base at 5 p.m.

                                   Preparing for the Olympic torch ceremony

Thursday June 6 : Lorient La Base / Port-Louis.

                                                    Olympic torch and heritage day

                                    Morning :

                                     Passage of the torch on the pontoon 7.45 am

                                     Handi-sail navigation around the pontoon.

                                     VIP Pontoon Visit - General Public Visits – Expo.

                                   

                                 Afternoon :

                                     General Public and School Visits

                                     4 p.m.: Departure of the boats and parade in the Lorient bay     

                                     Arrival of the boats in Port-Louis around 5:30 p.m

       

Friday June 7: Port-Louis

                                      Port Louis-Centenary Regattas - 2 or 3 races

                                      return to Port-Louis at 5 p.m.

                                     

 

Saturday June 8: Port-Louis

                                      Port-Louis Centenary Regattas – - 2 or 3 races

                                       return at 2 p.m.

                                      Exit from the water for the 6M in lorient

                                      Centenary gala, awards and prize-giving ceremony (crews and guests 7.20 pm) at the

                                      Cité de la Voile Eric Tabarly. Closing of the centenary regattas.

to the notice of race

Registration procedure - Instructions:

1: Return the Pre-Registration/Logistics form: ( Mandatory and important).

2: Proceed with your registration and payment of the handling fee.

3: Once you have registered, you will receive a message with a link to make your reservations for the Gala evening and the various events.

- You will also receive a message with all the instructions for your arrival.

- If you have an assistance semi-rigid, you will be able to access the pontoons close to your accommodation

   (between 4 / 6 minutes - see map).

A shuttle service will be provided between Lorient - Port Louis and Kernevel if necessary.

For your accommodation in Lorient, Port Louis, Larmor Plage (Kernevel) or Locmiquélic.
